At Piirona, we understand the anticipation of receiving your clothes carries and hence it is our goal to deliver them to you in the best condition and the fastest we can. Therefore, we have collaborated with some of the most revered courier companies in the nation to flawlessly do that.
Piirona SHIPPING COST?
Shipping for all orders within India is Free.
What are the different shipping options PIIRONA provide?
We provide standard shipping as well as express shipping option which you can choose from the checkout page while placing your order.
Piirona provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do. You can pay in cash for your order when the product reaches your home.
Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No.
What is the PIIRONA's SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for domestic orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-10 days for order to reach the customer.
If the customer has placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
WHAT IF ORDER DISPATCH IS DELAYED?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on 0291-3558791, +91-8619592114 ,+91-8619577623 or write to us at orders.piirona@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
Please note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
Can I Track Piirona ORDER?
Yes, you sure can! For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.
Please call us between 10PM to 6 PM.
DISPATCH POLICY:
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timeline is 1-2 weeks for orders (this is sometimes because we make a new piece based on your order), however, if the ready size is available, generally orders gets dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of successful order getting placed. For custom made orders – Pret pieces are typically shipped within a week. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via Email provided by you while placing the orders. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 5-10 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest. CANCELLATION
Prepaid and COD orders are NOT eligible for cancellation after 24 hours.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by piirona and accept Piirona decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATION BY PIIRONA
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact the customer if all or any portion of their order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept their order.
If your order is cancelled by Piirona after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Piirona and accept Piirona’s decision regarding the cancellation.
COURIER SERVICE
Delivery takes 5-10 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.
MAILING HOURS
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30am to 6.30pm, Monday – Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
